After 7 years working for the World Bank Group and other Non-Government Organizations in Washington DC, USA, Jovita Tamosaityte moved to Vilnius, Lithuania, and founded IMPACTFUL (UAB Impactful) with a focus on bringing knowledge and expertise to the Baltic Region. 

Jovita has extensive experience in strategy development and communication, focusing on sustainable leadership. Over a decade of experience in managing and consulting international and country-level strategic projects, preparing and implementing business, communication, and engagement strategy for private and non-government sectors.

Jovita's public sector work is extensive. She has led numerous research efforts, strategy development, and outreach on global economic trends, including growth and productivity, micro-financing, clean water, and sustainability in Asia and Africa. She worked on building strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders and support the conception, development, and execution of strategic Millennium Development Goals advocacy campaigns and events, such as Let Girls Learn with First Lady M.Obama, Forced Displacement with Queen Rania of Jordan, Global Citizen Event and other campaigns, G20 Investor Forum, with the aim to accelerate the shift of capital flows towards long-term sustainable investments across and beyond the G20 markets. Prior to moving to the USA, she worked as a Head of the Small and Medium Enterprises Segment in a Scandinavian capital commercial bank - Nordea.
